How to Join Us:

The Niftylift Apprenticeship training programme provides a work-based learning program offers paid, on-the-job training, with additional benefits. Off-the-job training is undertaken at Milton Keynes College, where candidates gain an industry-recognised qualification.

In the Community:

Niftylift is proud to be involved with the Engineering Education Scheme and offer local students the opportunity to work on real life engineering projects.

It is committed to encouraging and inspiring women to take up careers in STEAM subjects, particularly engineering.

Each year Niftylift hosts their Women in Engineering event at their world headquarters in Milton Keynes.
